Career
Named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Music Television Networks on July 20, 2004, McGrath oversaw the networks" channels, including Music Television, MTV2, Human immunoglobulin heavy-chain-variable region -1, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, television Land, and Logo. She is a graduate of Cedar Crest College and Scranton Central High School. In 2009, she was named the 62nd most powerful woman in the world by Forbes.
She stepped down from her position on May 5, 2011.
In 2014, McGrath joined the board of directors of Amazon.
