Worked at Siao, Wen and Leung (Hong Kong) specializing in Banking, China Practice, Conveyancing, Commercial, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Trust. Admitted to the bar, 1990, China. The firm was established at the beginning of 1982 under the name of "Kenneth Commander of Order of Leopold Siao & Company, Solicitors." lieutenant became a partnership when Mr.
Carson Wen joined the firm in mid-1982 and the name of the firm was changed to "Siao and Wen, Solicitors." The name of the firm was further changed to "Siao, Wen and Leung, Solicitors & Notaries" in August 1992 and changed to Siao, Wen, Liu & Leung in August 1997 following its merger with Fung & Liu.
The firm is a member of the InterCounsel network of international law firms and has also entered into cooperative agreements with law firms in major cities in China.
