Juji Yokogawa graduated from Literature Department of Waseda University (1917) and then studied at Berlin University.
Juji Yokogawa was president of Okawa Village Credit Association, Saitama Prefecture, and president of Ogawa Mujin (Mutual Loan) Company. Elected seven times to House of Representatives (since 1927) and served as private secretary to Minister of Commerce & Industry and Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Commerce & Industry. He became chairman of Japan Forestry Association (1945). Director of Musashino Bank (since 1952).
