Jukichi Komagata founded and became president of Hokuetsu Sangyo Mujin Kaisha (Northern Btchu Province Industrial Mutual Loan Company) (1929). He founded Daiko Mujin Kaisha (Mutual Loan Company) which he later reorganized into Daiko Sogo Ginko (Mutual Financing Bank). Jukichi became director of Niigata Shoko Keizaikai (Commerce, Industry & Economic Society) (1943). Assumed additional posts of president of Hokuetsu Shimpo (Northern Etchu News), director of Hokuetsu Printing Company and adviser of Niigata Shimpo (Daily Newspaper) (1949).
