Juliette attended St Therese' s Catholic School in Alhambra, Ca from kindergarten through eighth grade. She was taught by the Sisters of Providence, an order from Ireland. Carmelite priests, who originated from Ireland, ran the parish and the school.
Juliette Becker Ph.D. joined with her husband Vance B Becker Ph.D. to form a shared private practice. In 1985 they opened Villa Park Psychological Services in Villa Park California. In 1996, they opened an additional office in Newport Beach. In 2002, they moved both offices to Newport Beach and changed the name to Becker Psychological Services. They retired from private practice in 2016 and moved to Gig Harbor, Wa.
