Julius L. Brown was a prominent Atlanta, Georgia attorney, co-incorporator of the Metropolitan Street Railroad, and brother of Georgia governor and senator Joseph E. Brown.
Career
His residence was in the Washington-Rawson neighborhood, now demolished.
