Career
Jun Toda entered Bank of Japan and after successive promotions became private secretary to manager of Kobe. Branch and chief of Shinsa-bu (Examination Department) and president of Ashikaga Bank (since 1944) and director of Zenkoku Ginka Kyakai Rengakai (National Federations of Bankers' Associations).
