Career
He works as an assistant manager with PFC Spartak Nalchik. Since leaving Lokomotiv in 2003, Drozdov has had short spells at Football Club Alania Vladikavkaz and Football Club Astana (formerly known as Football Club Zhenis), before joining the Russian First Division side Football Club Khimki, helping the club to promotion to the Russian Premier League in 2006. He was part of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics U-20 football team, which finished third in 1991 Fédération internationale de football association World Youth Championship.
