Justin Eugene Evans is an American film director, cinematographer, screenwriter, producer, visual effects supervisor, inventor, advocate and college instructor.
Background
His Volga German family immigrated to the United States from the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1918 during the Bolshevik Revolution. His family"s farm had been seized by the Bolsheviks and his great-great-grandparents had been murdered in the struggle. His great-grandfather, Aleksander Pfeiffer, came to America as an indentured servant and orphan.
Career
He is also a college instructor at The Art Institutes of Wisconsin. Justin Eugene Evans was born on March 1, 1973 in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a child, he lived in Clackamas, Oregon and San Ramon, California.
He attended Southern Oregon University before transferring to New York University"s Tisch School of Arts.
