On 6 October 2014, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 298. On 7 March 2016, she peaked at world number 193 in the doubles rankings. Jegiołka made her Women's Tennis Association tour debut at the 2013 Qatar Total Open partnering Veronika Kapshay in doubles, where she lost in the first round to Shuko Aoyama and Megan Moulton-Levy.
