Admitted to the bar, 1978, Louisiana.

Louisiana State Bar Association. The law firm of Blackwell Chambliss was founded in 1952 when Murphy Blackwell, Junior and Jasper East. Jones (Judge, Louisiana Court of Appeal, now deceased) established the first law firm in West Monroe, Louisiana.
