Career
Kaheita Okazaki entered Bank of Japan and served in Berlin as researcher for Business Bureau of the Main Office and as vice-director of Foreign Exchange Bureau, then served in Shanghai as director of Huahsing Commercial Bank, Councilor of Japanese Embassy in Shanghai; resigned from the above post (1946).
