Career
She was the business leader for two decades in Portuguese Blair city of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Sushila was born on 1 July 1960 at Vakamarpally near Pamuru, Prakasam district (now in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India) to Konda Reddy and Ratna in a Reddy family of modest means. Sushila started off as a small business in 1979 with her friend.
After making modest profits, she moved into food and opened her mill near Portuguese Blair.
Sushila founded Sushila group of enterprises in 1990"son Expansions and success followed.
