Kamal Akhtar or Kamaal Akhtar or Kamaal Akhtar Tyagi is the Panchayati Raj Minister of Uttar Pradesh along with Member of Legislative Assembly and a politician from Samajwadi Party is a former Member of the Parliament of India representing Uttar Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.
