Kamanzi was born on November 24, 1998 in Mbarara, Uganda into the family of the Mushabe Eldard. He is the great son to Late Rwampororo Festo.

Education
Kamanzi studied at Brilliant Primary School in Sheema from 2005 to 2012. In a year he studied at Central View High School in Mukono, Uganda. In 2017, he joined Karera Technical Institute in Sheema where he obtained his National Certificate in Electrical Installation Systems and Maintenance in 2018. In 2022, He was given a government scholarship at Uganda Technical College Bushenyi to pursue a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
