Career
Kamejiro Makino entered Meiji Life Insurance Company. He studied life insurance business in USA. Returned home (1927). Kamejiro Makino became chief of Planning Section (1934), director of General Affairs Department(1941), director of Foreign Affairs Department (1943) and managing director (1945) and then president and continued as president after the company was reorganized into a mutual life insurance company.
