Director Research and Development Institute, Bangkok, 1979-1986, vice-rector research and development planning, 1986-1988, vice-rector administration, since 1988. Consultant Department Fisheries, Bangkok, United States Agency for International Development Thailand, National Economic and Social Development Board.

Advisor Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Thailand, 1979-1980, Ministry of Science, Technology and Energy, Thailand, 1984-1985. Chairman Committee on Research Promotion in Private Universities, Thailand, 1986-1988. Member Committee in Thailand Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Planning, since 1986.
