Kan Komatsu graduated from Regular Course at Oita Normal School (1935). Taught at elementary schools and later graduated from Postgraduate Course at the same normal school (1938).
Career
Kan Komatsu became teacher at Hayami Middle School (1947). Elected to House of Representatives (1952). Vice-chairman of Oita Prefectural Teachers' Union.
