Kan'ichi Yamaura became a jouralist and in turn worked for Jiji Shimpo, Tokyo Asahi, Shin Aichi and Kokumin Shimbun (newspapers). He was an adviser to Tokyo Shirbun, for whom he also wrote political commentaries. Is a standing director of Constitution Preservation Committee. Among his works are "Biography of Kaku Mori," "An Analysis of the New Constitution" and "Parliamentary Politics and Political Parties of Japan."
