Kaname Kishi graduated from Politics & Economic Course of Law Department of Kyoto University (1918).
Career
Kaname Kishi served first with Sumitomo Bank and then transferred to Sumitomo Electric Industry Company (1937) and ultimately became its president (1947). Assumed many additional posts including those of member of Osaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (1954) and permanent director of Kansai Federation of Economic Organizations. Also became director of Japan Electric Company, Ltd.
