Education
Kanzō Tsutsumi graduated in English literature from Waseda University.
Career
After graduating from the university, Tsutsumi drew for the newspaper Asahi Shimbun for many years as a contributor. His favorite themes were sports and politics. Tsutsumi possessed a clever and easy style as a writer. He also was a free lance contributor to the Nishi Nippon (West Japan) newspaper of Kyushu.
