Kaoru Nishimura entered Nihon Gosei Kagaku Company (Japan Synthetic Chemical Industry Company ) and became director of its General Affairs Department (1939) and managing director (1944) and president (since 1950). Holds, various additional posts including those of councilor of Federation of Economic Organizations and Electro-Chemical Society, director of Kansai Federation of Employers Associations and member of Osaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
