Career
He was previously manager at Goole Town where he previously played as a striker. Rose began his playing career in the Football League with Barnsley, followed by a period on loan at Mansfield Town. He then moved permanently to Rochdale.
Rose then moved on loan to Scarborough before making the switch permanent.
He went on to play for Leigh Remote Method Invocation, Tamworth, Arnold Town, Garforth Town, Hednesford Town and Goole Town. Whilst a player at the club Rose began his managerial career at Goole Town, where he spent three years as manager, before becoming manager of Frickley Athletic.
