Karl Schulz was a highly decorated Kapitänleutnant der Reserves in the Kriegsmarine during World War II.

Career

The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Karl-Heinrich Schulz was captured by Allied troops in May 1945 and was held until December 1947. Iron Cross (1939) Bibliography.
