Born in Austin, Texas, Okiomah played college soccer at High Point University between 2008 and 2011. In 2010, Okiomah was named 2010: Big South Conference Player of the Year and All-Big South Conference First Team also earning NSCAA third-team All-American
Okiomah also played for USL PDL clubs Austin Aztex U23 and Carolina Dynamo.
