Career
She was the Republic of China representative to the United Kingdom in 2007-2011 and to Australia in 2011-2014. Chang obtained her bachelor"s degree from the Department of Diplomacy of National Chengchi University. She the obtained her master"s degree in international relations from Long Island University in the United States.
