Career
From 1971 to 1976 Kathleen Ewing was coordinator of photography at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., and in 1976 started her own gallery, Kathleen Ewing Gallery/Quindacqua, Ltd. Ewing's gallery represents contemporary photographers from both Washington, D.C., and various areas of the United States and Europe. It also carries an inventory of nineteenth-century vintage material.
