She then went to STAGS, also in Street Albans. Katie appeared in Waterloo Road from the first episode, broadcast on 9 March 2006, until the end of the fourth series. She played Alice in the television film Coming Down The Mountain.
She has also appeared in Casualty as Lucy Hainford, and in Doctors as Gemma Mason, and in Paradox in 2009 as Leah Holt.
Since January 2010 she has appeared in three episodes of the Only Fools and Horses prequel Rock & Chips as Glenda. she was also in the 2010 British Broadcasting Corporation one series Five Days as a minor character called Rowan. She attended Stage 84, a performing arts school in Yorkshire until December 2008.
