She was expected to compete at the Mission Tourism Queen International 2012 but the pageant was cancelled. Katrina Jayne Dimaranan was crowned Binibining Pilipinas-Tourism 2012 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines on April 15, 2012. She was crowned along with Janine Tugonon, Mission Universe Philippines 2012.
And Nicole Schmitz, Binibining Pilipinas International 2012.
Currently, she had a campaign with Dolce and Gabbana for their stores in Saks Fifth Avenue.
