Terazono Katsushi graduated from Political Department of Tokyo University (1927).
Career
Terazono Katsushi served as chief of Sangyo Kumiaika (Industrial Association Section) and Fisheries Section of Osaka Prefecture, chief of Planning Section of Economic Department of Tottori Prefectural Government, manager of Governor's Secretariat of the same prefectural government and then as administrative official of Kyushu Chiho Gyosei Jimukyoku (Kyushu Local Administrative Office).
Became chief of Economic Department of Kagoshima Prefectural Government (1947) and then became vice-governor of Kagoshima Prefecture (since 1951).
