In 1927 Kavasji Kaikhosrou Framji graduated from the Bombay University - Bachelor of Arts (Hons.); 1930 - London University - Bachelor of Science (Eng.); 1930 - Associateship of King's College, London.
In 1932-1935 Kavasji Kaikhosrou Framji was an Assitant Executive Engineer at Sukkur Barrage & Canals in Sind. In 1935-1938 Framji worked as Executive Engineer at Begari Canals Division, in 1938-1941 at Sukkur Barrage & Fuleli Canals Division, in 1941-1942 at Development & Research Division, in 1943-1945 he was on Special duty (Preparing Sind’s Case for Sind-Punjab Indus Water Dispute); 1945 - Superintending Engineer; 1945-1948 - Director of the Central Waterways, Irrigation & Navigation Research Station in Poona; in 1948-1958 Framji was a Director of General Ordnance Factories.
Since 1958 he worked for the Government of India as Chief Engineer and Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Irrigation & Power. Toured Europe.
