Kazuyoshi Kitamura entered Oji Seishi (Paper Manufacturing) Company and served at its Kokura Plant. Transferred to Nichiman (Japan-Manchuria) Pulp Company (1937), resigned (1945). He served with Sany Pulp Company (1946-1954) and resigned after becoming acting superintendent of its Ezu Plant. Held additional post of director of Ehime Kogyo Kurabu (Ehime Prefectural Industrial Club).
