In 1916 Keiji graduated from Tokyo Higher Commercial School.
Career
Entered Oji Paper Manufacturing Company and after steady advance in position in 1946 became executive director and president. Served as president of Tomakomai Paper Manufacturing Company, after which in 1952 he accepted appointment as president of the new Oji Paper Manufacturing Company, one of the three companies into which the old Oji Paper Manufacturing Company was divided as a result of the postwar Decentralization Law. Permanent director of Federation of Japan Employers Associations.
