Keisuke Miyazaki was born in 1867 in Osaka, Japan.
He graduated from Rikkyo University with a degree in theology.
After graduating from Rikkyo University with a degree in theology proceeded to America where he worked his way through a postgraduate course. Upon return became a broker at Tokyo Stock Exchange. Soon became an influential figure in financial circles and was director of several companies, including Osaka Rice Exchange, Kobe Commodity Exchange, Osaka Electric Power and Daido Electric companies. Is the author of a travel book titled "Return From Europe."
