Keith is currently the Director of Policy and Communications at the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Born in a council house in Aberdeen on 13 December 1974, Keith studied history at Glasgow University and moved to London in 1997. He worked as a lobbyist for the lighting and housing sector and a voluntary assistant to English Member of Parliament, Joan Walley.
His interests include opera, poker and horse riding.
Keith was influential in balancing the interests of small finance centres with larger Organization of European Cooperation and Development-based finance centres through the report, Towards A Level Playing Field, and is also a member of the European Union Expert Panel on the Savings Tax Directive.
