The firm was originally founded by Keith East. Putbrese in 1962.
Mr.
Hunsaker joined the firm in 1977 and became a partner in 1981, when the firm name was changed to Putbrese & Hunsaker. Mr. Trent joined the firm as an associate in 1990. In 1996, when Mr. Putbrese retired from active practice, the firm was reorganized as a professional corporation and Mr.
Trent became a Member.
The firm continues to practice in the area of Communications Law, with particular emphasis in broadcast acquisitions, and related transactional areas such as due diligence and financing, and ongoing representation of clients before the Federal Communication Commission in regulatory matters, including Federal Communication Commission litigation and appellate representation in federal courts.
