Kemmotsu Tsuda went to Tanegashima Island to study modern firearms from Tokitaka Tanegashima.
Career
Kemmotsu Tsuda founded a gunnery school of his own, known as Tsuda school. It was he who taught Seiemon Shibatsuji, a smith at Sakai (Osaka Prefecture ) to manufacture guns.
