Education
From his boyhood, worked as a mechanical worker. He joined the General Federation of Trade Unions, participated in the central committee of the Communist Youth League (1928).
Career
After the war, organized the Kanto Congress of Trade Unions, joined the Congress of Industrial Organizations (Sanbetsu Kaigi). He served as member of the Tokyo Municipal Labor Relations Committee, elected to the House of Representatives once. Ken-ichi served as chairman of the Kanto Local Committee of the Communist Party and became member of its central committee.
