Career
He most recently played for Telstar in the Dutch Eerste Divisie alongside fellow Australian Alistair Quinn. As a junior he played for the Brisbane Roar youth team as well as attending the Queensland Academy of Sport. Telstar
Dougall scored his first goal for the club against Den Bosch on 12 December 2014.
On the 6th of May 2015 it was announced that Dougall would leave Telstar after just one season at the club behind a breakdown in a renewed contract.
Sparta Rotterdam
On 29 May 2015 it was announced he had signed a 2-year contract with Eerste Divisie side Sparta Rotterdam. Dougall quickly established himself at the club starting in the first fixture of the season away to RKC Waalwijk in a 1-1 draw.
