The original firm, which later resulted in the name of Samuel Goldstein & Sons, was founded by Samuel Goldstein and Nathan L. Goldstein in 1928 as a firm limiting its practice to condemnation and has continued under several names, in the same practice, until the merger in 1994. M. Robert Goldstein and Michael J.
