He worked as a laborer after he left a middle school without finishing its course.
Came to Tokyo (1921) and joined the group which was running the magazine, “Laborer”. In June the same year, he was involved in the Ashio Copper-Mine poisoning case and was jailed in Utsunomiya (Tochigi Prefecture) on a charge of having interfered with Government authorities. Was jailed again for his alleged antimilitarist propaganda. Committed suicide while in Sugamo Prison.
