Kentaro Uchikoshi became manager of Agriculture & Forestry Bureau of Chiba Prefecture and thereafter served as official of various agricultural sections and organizations of Agricultural & Forestry Ministry, of Fukuoka Prefecture and in North China, ultimately becoming managing director of Nogyo Gijutsu Kyokai (Agricultural Technique Association) and Noji Shinkokai (Agricultural Affairs Promotion Society).
