Career
He was selected by the Detroit Red Wings in the 10th round (151st overall) of the 1973 National Hockey League Amateur Draft. Neville played junior hockey with the Toronto Marlboros in the Ontario Hockey Association before turning professional in 1973 with the Portuguese Huron Wings of the International Hockey League.
