Received primary educational at Russian-Kir school in Kzyl-Kuga. 1903 graduate Ural High-School. 1908 graduate Saint St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy with distinction.
After graduate served as military surgeon with 2nd Turkestani Cossack Battalion, then with 2nd Ural Cossack Battalion. During military sen-ice spent a year on advanced medical training at Ural’sk City Hospital, where he helped to combat a plague epidemic. 1913 resigned from Army and became a distr physician in Temir Uyezd.
From 1920 intern, Tashkent Institute of Physiotherapeutic Methods, then intern, Surgical Clinic, Medical Faculty, Ccntr Asian University, Tashkent. Also taught anatomy and physiology and worked as a physician at Kaz Institute of Public Education, Tashkent. Soon gave up internship to devote himself to educational and organisation work as deputy chairman, then chairman, Kir Sciences Commission.
In this capacity supervised school plannings, curricula, the standardization of sci terminology, the publ of teaching aids, et cetera Simultaneously Collegium member, Kaz People's Commissariat of Health and chairman, Plague Elimination Commission. From 1924 member, Social for the Study of Kaz and member, Sciences Workers’ Section, Education Workers’ Union.
1926-1928 deputy rector and associate professor, Kaz Higher Teachers' Training Institute, where he lectured on hygiene and reflexology. Also taught hygiene at Kaz Experimental Model Nine-Grade School, Tahkent. And held the post of Tashkent municipal school health officer
1927 co-founder, Kaz State University, Alma-Ata, where he was also pro-rector and professor Simultaneously head Planning and Organization(s) Department, Kaz People's Commissariat of Health. 1932-1939 department head, Voronezh Institute of Publ Health.
Attended numerous congresses on medical, history, ethnography, linguistics, et cetera Contributed to various Kaz journals and translated a number of books on natural sci from Russian into Kazakhstan Wrote numerous tech and popular works, mainly in Kazakhstan
