Career
Jhinaoui previously served in 2011 as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tunisia to the Russian Federation. In May 1996, he was sent to Israel to open his country"s interest office in Tel Aviv. He is the Secretary of state for foreign affairs of Tunisia.
