Research fellow, Rajshahi U., 1962-1963; from assistant professor to associate professor, Rajshahi U., 1974-1986; professor, Rajshahi U., since 1986. Tutor Rajshahi U. Womens Hall, 1970-1975, provost, 1978-1981, 94-97, chair physics department, 1991-1994.
