Career
Green joined Hartlepool United"s youth setup as an under-14, from Stockton Town. He then progressed through the Academy team, being labelled one of the highest prospects from the club Green made his first-team debut on 7 October, starting in a 1–2 Football League Trophy home loss against Sheffield United.
On 21 November he was loaned to Spennymoor Town in a work experience deal.
