Kim Lila

Kim Lila was born on May 24, 1966, in Illinois, United States. She is the daughter of John and Karen Lange Weber.

Education

Kim Lila attended Harper College in 1992 and Northwestern University in 1994.

Career

Kim Lila became a staff member of Kleinschmidt Inc in Deerfield, Illinois, United States, in 1997. That same year she published her only book Simply Casseroles. Lila always liked cooking for her family and friends so she decided to share her cooking experience with the readers. The book contains over one hundred quick and delicious one-dish dinners including casseroles, noodle and grain dishes, side-dishes, brunch and light dishes, and desserts. Kim Lila brings casseroles up to speed by supplementing wholesome fresh ingredients with frozen items, prepared foods, "instant" grain, and freezer-case crusts. She created this book because she wanted to create ideas for others so they too can save time preparing delicious meals and spend more time with family and friends.
