Sado, Kimiteru was born on April 5, 1942 in Esashi, Hokkaido, Japan. Son of Tsurumatsu Ota and Setsuko (Sado) Sado.

Doctor of Engineering, Hokkaido University, 1983.

Career

Mechanical engineer Hitachi Shipbuilding Company, Inc., Osaka, Japan, 1965-1967. Assistant Kitami (Japan) Institute of Technology, 1967-1969, research associate, 1971-1972, assistant professor, 1972-1973, associate professor, 1973-1984, professor, since 1984. Consultant Hokkaido River Counsellor Committee, Sapporo, since 1987.

Committeeman Lake Abashiri Water Quality Committee, Sapporo, since 1987.
