Kimura Shukichi graduated from English Language Department of Tokyo Foreign Language School (1920).
Career
Kimura Shukichi served at Ito Tadashi Store and then entered Maruko Shoten (Maruko Store) Company. He became chief of its Woolen Textiles Section and went to England making inspection tours of Europe and America. After returning home became chief of Nagoya Agency of the company and thereafter held various executive posts in the company, also becoming chief of Tachikawa Agency of Kureha Aircraft Company and director of Public Relations Section, Tokyo Branch of Daiken Sangyo Kaisha (Daiken Industrial Company). As member of Japanese Chemical Textiles Industry Mission made inspection tours of Southeast Asia and Egypt. Appointed director of Kobe Kokumotsu Shohin Torihikijo (Kobe Grain Goods Exchange) (1953).
